Real Estate Agent

Real Estate Agents, Experienced and Newly Licensed

Corcoran Icon Properties | Pacific Heights and Noe Valley, San Francisco

You can have an okay career in real estate, or you can have an exceptional one. The difference doesn't come from the brokerage you join. It comes from you.

We are looking for experienced and newly licensed agents committed to building exceptional careers. In the San Francisco marketplace, success depends on an agent's commitment to building their own business, with support and advocacy from a Managing Broker and a brand that stands behind them.

Set your income goals, create a plan to reach them, and we will support you every step of the way. We provide the tools, training and accountability. The initiative has to come from you.

What we offer:

• A Managing Broker who knows your name, your goals and your business plan

• Training for newly licensed agents and ongoing coaching for experienced ones

• Accountability systems to keep your plan on track

• Marketing and operations support from a local team

• The reach of the Corcoran brand, with local ownership and decision-making in San Francisco

• Offices in Pacific Heights and Noe Valley

Who we are looking for:

• Licensed California real estate salespersons or brokers, new or experienced

• People who treat their career as a business they own

• Self-starters who set goals and follow through

• Agents who want to be coached and held to a high standard

Agents join as independent contractors.

If you are ready to build an exceptional career, message me directly. I would like to hear what you want to build.
