Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sheikh Zayed City. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial consultation to closing. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, performing market research and property valuations, and maintaining accurate listings and documentation. The role also involves building and managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, negotiating offers, and collaborating with internal teams to support client needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience in closing deals within the property market.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property regulations and local market trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and common office software tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Sheikh Zayed City, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related sales role is highly beneficial.
