Leasing Showing Agent (Commission-Based & Flexible)

Location: Los Angeles.

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based ($300 per lease signed and deposit paid)

Schedule: Flexible / Part-Time / Independent Contractor

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Leasing Showing Agents to assist prospective tenants with property showings and leasing activities. This role offers complete schedule flexibility and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, real estate, and sales. Compensation is earned through successful lease placements.

Responsibilities

Property Showings

• Review scheduled showings through ShowMojo.
• Contact prospective tenants to confirm their attendance prior to the scheduled showing.
• Arrive on time at the property for scheduled appointments.
• Provide professional property tours and answer basic questions about the unit and community.
• Ensure the property is secured and locked after each showing.

Lead Follow-Up

• Share the rental application link with interested prospects after the showing.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage application submission and answer general leasing questions.
• Maintain timely communication with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.

Leasing Support

• Keep accurate records of showings, prospect interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate updates regarding prospect interest and application status to the leasing team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Basic knowledge of leasing or real estate is preferred but not required.
• California real estate license may be required depending on applicable state regulations and duties performed.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position .

Commission is earned and paid when:

1. The prospective tenant successfully signs a lease agreement; and
2. The required security deposit have been received.

No hourly wage or salary is provided. Earnings are directly tied to successful lease placements.
