New Way Real Estate is looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the dedication to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Available to join within one week.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable appearing in social media content and videos.
• Self-motivated, consistent, and target-oriented.
• Dedicated to client follow-up and relationship building.
• Freshers & Experienced Agents are welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads and potential clients.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional client support.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow up with clients.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in social media content creation, including property videos and promotions.

Company Support Provided

• Daily Leads: Regular provision of leads to support business development and sales activities.
• CRM Support: Assistance with CRM management and client follow-ups.
• Media Support: Professional media support for property marketing and promotional content.
• Company Driver Support: Driver assistance for property viewings and business-related appointments, subject to availability and company arrangements.

Compensation Package

• Commission-based compensation structure.
• Additional performance-based bonus for achieving monthly sales targets.
