The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Property Practitioner ready to grow their business with real ownership. You will have the freedom to build your listings, manage your clients, and scale your reach with the full backing, marketing support, and technology of a fresh brand.

Instead of paying away huge cuts to distant corporate entities, your hard work contributes directly to a quarterly profit share. Every practitioner has a clear, objective, and performance-based path to becoming a Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandate & Business Generation: Proactively build your portfolio, secure mandates, and establish strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Deal Management: Lead property evaluations, viewings, and contract negotiations through to successful closing, fully supported by our dedicated administrative team.
• Client Advisory: Deliver high-touch, professional service, guiding clients through market trends, property values, and legal processes.
• Business Growth: Actively contribute to agency strategy, bring new ideas, and share in the collective growth of the brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of active real estate experience.
• Compliance: Fully registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You want more than standard commission split—you want a stake in the success of the business you help build.
• Drive: Proven ability to build a pipeline, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.
