About the role

Human Element Real Estate is growing, and we need someone whose full-time job is finding great agents and bringing them onto our team. This is an outbound, relationship-first role. You'll be on the phone daily talking to licensed agents at other brokerages, learning what they're looking for, and showing them why Human Element is a better fit.

We're not looking for someone who reads a script and hopes for the best. We want someone who can take a NO, learn something from it, and make the next call anyway.

What you'll do

Call and connect with licensed real estate agents daily to introduce Human Element and gauge interest in a move. Build and maintain a real pipeline of prospective agents, not just a list of names. Track your own activity, calls made, conversations had, agents signed, and know your numbers without being asked. Represent our culture honestly on every call, since the agents who join because of a real conversation are the ones who stay. Own the onboarding process for every agent you sign, making sure they're set up correctly and producing quickly, not just paperwork-complete.

Compensation

Base salary: $48,000/year.

Signing bonus, tiered by the recruited agent's trailing production volume:

• $300 for agents producing up to $2M annually
• $500 for agents producing $2M–$5M annually
• $700 for agents producing $5M–$15M annually
• $1,100 for agents producing $15M+ annually

Onboarding bonus: $400, paid when the recruited agent closes their first transaction with Human Element, regardless of source.

Closing bonus: $1,500, paid when the recruited agent closes their first transaction that is not a Zillow-sourced deal.

What we're looking for

A track record of resilience in an outbound or rejection-heavy role — sales, telemarketing, insurance, or similar. You don't need real estate experience, but you do need to be genuinely curious about people and comfortable asking good questions instead of just pitching. Someone who's competitive against their own numbers, not someone who needs constant oversight to stay on the phone. Real estate license or industry background is a plus, not a requirement.
