• Ability to work collaboratively with experienced agents, demonstrating a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
