Homefront United Realty Group is growing. We’re looking for motivated, coachable agents who want real estate to be their primary career and who care about helping clients through major life transitions. We welcome experienced agents, newly licensed agents, and candidates working toward their Texas real estate license.

A Team With a Purpose

Approximately 60% of our business involves military relocation. Our leadership team, a military spouse and a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, has helped more than 1,500 military households relocate.

Our clients are often navigating much more than a real estate transaction. They may be PCSing across the country, returning from overseas, moving during a deployment, transitioning out of the military, buying a home sight unseen, or looking for a place to finally put down roots after years of relocations. They need a responsive, patient agent they can trust to be their eyes and ears on the ground.

What We Provide

Training and coaching. Structured sales training, market education, transaction reviews, client conversation guides, shadowing opportunities, and specialized training in VA loans and PCS relocations. Newer agents can follow our 12-week launch plan to build consistent habits and confidence.

Lead opportunities. As you progress through training and show strong communication, follow-up, and conversion skills, you’ll gain access to additional lead sources, database opportunities, and sign calls.

Transaction and administrative support. Transaction coordination from contract to close, plus help with offer preparation, database management, client gifts, and other transaction details.

Listing marketing. Our team coordinates professional photography, video, drone photography when appropriate, listing descriptions, digital marketing, signage, lockboxes, Zillow Showcase, and pre-marketing.

Systems and accountability. Brivity CRM, database support, weekly activity tracking, proven conversation guides, and ongoing coaching to keep you organized and building your business.

A niche with built-in demand. Military relocation keeps San Antonio moving year-round, with especially strong activity during the spring and summer PCS seasons.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect consistently and follow up with leads.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and your personal database.
• Guide clients through their home search, listing, and transaction.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Use our CRM and track your activity.
• Take part in training, coaching, and accountability.
• Host at least two open houses per month.
• Follow team systems while developing your real estate skills.

Who We’re Looking For

• Have an active Texas real estate license or are working toward one.

• Are comfortable with technology, e-signatures, video calls, and mobile communication.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Want to build a long-term business within a supportive team.

Military experience is a plus, but it is not required. We welcome veterans, military spouses, candidates who have been through a PCS, and agents familiar with VA loans. We can teach you the processes and logistics. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn and genuinely care about taking care of people.

We also welcome candidates from sales, hospitality, recruiting, customer service, customer success, and other relationship-driven careers.

Where We Work

We serve buyers and sellers throughout greater San Antonio, from Bandera to Gonzales and Canyon Lake to Pleasanton and Jourdanton. Most of our business is concentrated around Loop 1604, north of I-10, and the Randolph AFB corridor, including Schertz, Cibolo, and Universal City.

Our average price point is approximately $400,000. Most clients buy and sell single-family homes, and our team also handles land, investment properties, multifamily, ranches, and occasional luxury transactions.
