What You'll Do:

• Guide buyers through home showings, offers, and closings
• Market and list homes for sellers
• Prospect and follow up with new leads
• Host open houses and community events
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions
• Plug into weekly coaching, training, and team masterminds
• Build your income, your brand, and even your own team (with profit share opportunities)

We're Looking For:

• Self-motivated professionals with a desire to grow
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Someone willing to obtain (or already holds) a real estate license
• Ambition to take control of your schedule and your income

Compensation:
100% commission-based. Most agents average $77,000–$90,000+ per year with full-time effort.
