Real Estate Agent/Broker

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the UAE real estate market, with experience in property sales and rentals, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

You will be responsible for sourcing properties and clients, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales and rental transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new client relationships.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• List and market properties through appropriate channels.
• Provide professional property information to clients.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, property prices, and current market trends.
• Achieve assigned sales and rental targets.
• Coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and internal team members to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, properties, and transactions.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of experience in real estate, preferably in the UAE/Dubai market.
• Proven experience in property sales and rentals.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local property trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer-service abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
• Good command of English.
