About the Opportunity

Your Refund Specialist is growing our Surplus Funds Recovery Division, and we’re looking for motivated, confident, and dependable Lead Managers / Appointment Setters to join our team.

We help individuals who may be entitled to surplus funds remaining after a foreclosure, tax sale, or similar proceeding recover money that may be owed to them.

You do NOT have to close the sale.

Your job is to contact potential clients, build rapport, explain why we’re reaching out, qualify their situation, and schedule appointments for our closers.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to company-provided leads
• Speak with property owners and potential claimants
• Build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Explain our surplus funds recovery service in simple terms
• Qualify interested prospects
• Overcome basic objections
• Schedule qualified appointments for our closing team
• Follow up with leads who aren't ready immediately
• Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses
• Participate in our Discord accountability channel
• Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals

Compensation & Growth

We want our Lead Managers to be rewarded for producing results.

Compensation includes:

• Weekly performance bonuses
• Minimum 5% commission on successfully recovered claims
• Additional performance incentives
• Opportunity for advancement as the company grows

This role has significant upside for someone who can consistently generate qualified appointments.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, real estate, insurance, collections, customer service, or inside sales is preferred but not required.
