Real Estate Assistant

**High producing residential Real Estate Broker hiring assistant to perform diverse real estate and administrative duties to help organize & build Real Estate business.

**Job may not be suitable for those who live outside of north Seattle**

Key Duties:

• Overseeing listing preparation projects such as scheduling vendors & managing workflow

• Supporting broker in client-facing duties as needed, including home showings, hosting open houses or attending inspections

• Handling client care including closing gifts, anniversary gifts, assisting with client events

More About the Team:

• You are joining a small team comprised of Broker & 2 other full time assistants.

• Time obligation is typically 40 hours a week, though can be variable based on the time of year

• Combination of some hours at office at Green Lake, tasks outside of office, and work from home. Office time is regular, though not necessarily daily.

Additional Requirements & Perks:

• Compensation is salary & bonus-based. Total compensation is commensurate with business generated by Broker, usually a minimum of $75,000/year.

• Must have own car, suitable for showing of clients. Car must be insured. $100/month provided in gas money paid by Broker.
