Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Generate and follow up with prospective buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Promote and market available properties through online and offline channels.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Research local property markets, listings, and pricing.
• Advise clients throughout the buying, selling, or rental process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with transaction documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and property records.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral networks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and sales abilities.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Previous sales, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred but not always required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
