What You'll Be Doing

• Support real estate acquisitions, lease transactions, renewals, and development initiatives
• Assist with site selection, feasibility reviews, and property evaluations
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and development partners
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, pay applications, and change orders
• Participate in due diligence activities including environmental, survey, entitlement, and site investigations
• Conduct site visits and construction progress reviews
• Help manage projects from concept through completion
• Support portfolio planning, facility initiatives, and strategic real estate projects
• Serve as an extension of ownership while helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3-7 years of experience in construction, development, project management, corporate real estate, or related fields
• Ground-up commercial, industrial, site development, or similar project experience preferred
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Excel and construction project management software
• Ability to travel as projects require
