Lateral Link is partnering with a regional firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of four years to join its dynamic Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions, particularly in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction matters, as well as real estate finance transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financings and equity investments. Responsibilities include representing a diverse range of clients such as developers, institutional investors, and lenders, and providing comprehensive legal counsel throughout the acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
