Title: Construction Litigation Attorney (Open to Partnership – No Buy-In Required)

Location: Fort Myers, FL (Hybrid)

Salary: $175-265k Plus Monthly Bonuses and Benefits

The firm is seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking litigator with experience in construction and real estate related matters.

What We Are Looking For...

Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience handling the following:

• Construction liens and construction defects
• Breach of contract and business contract disputes
• Real estate contract disputes
• Representing contractors, property owners, developers, real estate brokers, and investors
• A confident, results-oriented approach to litigation and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work
• The firm is particularly interested in attorneys who are comfortable handling sophisticated litigation matters and are motivated to advocate for clients through trial.

Education Requirements

Active and in good standing with The Florida State Bar Association
