A top Am Law-ranked international firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Group in Boston or New York.

The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for a diverse client base, including:

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Joint ventures
• Real estate financings
• Development projects
• Commercial leasing matters

The firm is particularly interested in associates with meaningful transactional real estate experience, strong academic credentials, and the ability to assume substantive responsibility within a collaborative, cross-office platform.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission and good standing with the New York or Massachusetts Bar, depending on office location
• Meaningful experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
• Strong academic credentials, drafting skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing substantive responsibility across transactions
