Role Description The Real Estate Consultant at Gestión Humana RP will provide remote advisory services to clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. This part-time role involves conducting virtual property consultations, analyzing market trends, preparing comparative market analyses, and guiding clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions. The consultant will support clients in defining their needs, identifying suitable properties, and coordinating with local agents or third parties as needed. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, preparing clear documentation and reports, delivering online trainings or informational sessions, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The role requires proactive follow-up, adherence to professional and ethical standards, and collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles, including property valuation, market analysis, and transaction processes.
• Proven Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively advise clients, handle offers, and support mutually beneficial agreements.
• Experience in delivering Training or informational sessions related to real estate topics, both one-on-one and in small groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible way.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a part-time schedule, and prioritize multiple client requests.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Comfort using digital tools and platforms for virtual meetings, property research, and CRM or database management.
• Previous experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property management is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage, depending on jurisdiction.
