Real Estate Consultant-Spanish-Speaker

Real Estate Masters is looking for a motivated, Spanish-speaking Real Estate Agent to connect with international clients and support them in finding the right property investment opportunities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Spanish-speaking buyers and investors.
• Advise clients on suitable properties based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Generate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and company leads.
• Present projects, arrange property viewings, and follow up with clients.
• Represent the company professionally at assigned promotional stands and events.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with developers and internal teams to complete transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the company CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and stay informed about Dubai’s property market.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in real estate or a target-driven sales role.
• Dubai real estate experience is an advantage.
• Confident working with international clients and building lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, professional, and committed to achieving results.
