🔥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred

🧠 Strong commercial & strategic mindset

📊 Excellent analytical and financial skills

🏗️ Understanding of property development processes

💰 Strong investment and feasibility-analysis abilities

🤝 Excellent negotiation & stakeholder-management skills

📈 Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics

💬 Excellent communication and presentation skills

💻 Familiarity with financial modelling / real estate software is an advantage

💼 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
