About the Company

Our innovative family office is seeking a highly motivated, scrappy, and AI-obsessed Real Estate Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are at the forefront of combating the housing crisis in the southwestern United States through large-scale multi family development, specializing in prefab modular apartments. This is an AI-first role: you will work directly with the founders, own real problems end to end, and multiply your out put with AI every single day.

About the Role

Position Overview As a Real Estate Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to revolutionize affordable housing solutions — from financial analysis to market research and project management. But this isn't a traditional analyst seat. We want someone who treats AI as a teammate: you automate the repetitive, prototype the impossible, and ship answers before anyone thinks to ask. You'll get unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a family office and large-scale development, with real ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and pro formas for development projects — accelerated by AI-assisted workflows you build and own
• Design and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tools that make underwriting, research, and reporting dramatically faster
• Vibe-code prototypes, dashboards, and scrapers to answer questions before any one asks them
• Conduct in-depth research on housing legislation, tax credits, and incentives relevant to our target markets
• Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and development opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential partners
• Support the evaluation of new technologies and construction methods in prefab modular housing
• Operate like an owner: spot a bottleneck, fix it, automate it

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, private equity, or investment banking(internships considered)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; advanced Excel, SQL or Python
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills

AI fluency is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have:

• You use AI every single day in your work, agents and workflows, not just a chatbot for drafting emails
• You've built things: side projects, automations, internal tools, open-source experiments (OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks a plus)
• You vibe code; you can ship a working prototype over a weekend
• You experiment on your own time because you can't not tinker
