Real Estate Development Manager

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
• Conduct land and development feasibility assessments
• Coordinate with landowners, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
• Manage land acquisition and pre-development activities
• Coordinate with government authorities and municipalities
• Handle planning, permitting, NOCs, and other development approvals
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and development requirements
• Support the project from land identification through the development stage
• Provide market insights and recommendations on potential development opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in real estate development in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition and property development processes
• Good understanding of Saudi government approval and permitting procedures
• Strong network and communication skills with relevant government authorities and stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project coordination skills
• Saudi National is highly preferred
• Candidates with experience in land acquisition, property development, or real estate investment are highly encouraged to apply.
