Real Estate Intelligence & Relations Executive

We are seeking a highly connected and commercially aware Real Estate Intelligence & Relations Executive to support the business by gathering valuable market intelligence and building strong relationships across the UAE real estate sector.

This is not a traditional sales or commission-driven role. The successful candidate will act as a key link between the company and the wider real estate market, keeping up to date with market activity, transactions, industry developments and key relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and an established network of brokers, developers, investors and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Market Intelligence

• Monitor and stay up to date with transactions, developments, market trends and activity across the UAE real estate market.
• Gather market intelligence relating to upcoming projects, launches, investment activity and competitor developments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of key players within the UAE real estate industry.
• Keep management informed of relevant market news, trends and opportunities.
• Identify emerging opportunities and provide valuable market insights to the wider business.
• Monitor competitor activity and market movements.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, developers, investors and other key industry stakeholders.
• Act as a representative of the company within the UAE real estate market.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network across the industry.
• Regularly engage with key market contacts to stay informed about market activity and developments.
• Attend relevant networking events, industry events and meetings.
• Identify and develop relationships that could create strategic opportunities for the business.

Reporting & Business Support

• Provide regular updates and reports on market activity and industry developments.
• Share relevant market intelligence with senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of key market contacts and relationships.
• Support the business with market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify opportunities for the company to strengthen its presence and relationships within the UAE real estate market.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai and wider UAE real estate market.
• An established network of brokers, developers, investors and other industry professionals.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of real estate market activity.
• Ability to gather, analyse and communicate market intelligence effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proactive, well-connected and knowledgeable about the UAE real estate industry.

You should know the key people in the industry, understand what transactions and developments are happening, and be able to provide the business with valuable market insight.

This is a salaried, relationship and intelligence-focused position and is not a commission-based sales role.
