Why This Role Is Different

This is not a typical internship.

You’ll start at $15/hour, but this role is designed to transition you into a licensed real estate professional earning $100K+ through commissions.

If you’re studying real estate (or planning to), this is a direct path from classroom → deals → income.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day 1)

This is a sales-focused role centered on landlords and rental properties:

• Call property owners and landlords daily (cold + warm leads)
• Identify rental properties and ownership
• Set appointments with landlords
• Meet landlords in person or virtually
• Pitch leasing and property management services
• Help bring in new management and leasing clients

This is real pipeline, real conversations, real revenue.

What Happens As You Progress

Phase 1 (Unlicensed – Hourly)

• $15/hour
• Learn scripts, objections, landlord pain points
• Build pipeline and set meetings

Phase 2 (Licensed – Transition)

• Move toward commission-based structure
• Participate directly in deals
• Earn on leasing + management contracts

Phase 3 (Full Sales Role)

• Commission-driven income
• $100K+ potential based on performance
• Build your own book of landlords and clients
