Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and coaching ability to guide and motivate a team of agents
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Ability to read CRM/activity data and translate it into coaching decisions
- Strong communication skills, both with clients and team members
- Solid understanding of RERA regulations and compliance requirements
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with prior team leadership experience
