Job Summary

A reputable real estate company in Lekki is seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Marketer to promote property listings, generate leads, attract potential buyers and investors, and drive property sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company's properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms and direct marketing.
• Conduct property inspections and arrange viewing appointments for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate with clients and facilitate property sales and rentals.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide clients with accurate information about property features, prices and payment plans.
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports for management.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or a related field is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate marketing or property sales.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects and close property deals.
• Good networking, presentation and sales skills.
• Must be proactive, target-driven and result-oriented.
