Key Responsibilities As a Buyer’s Agent, you will:

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective buyers and guide them throughout the home-purchasing process
• Learn each client’s goals, preferences, and budget to identify suitable properties
• Coordinate and conduct property showings
• Prepare and negotiate offers while representing your clients’ best interests
• Maintain consistent communication and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Monitor local market activity, available inventory, pricing trends, and financing resources
• Use CRM platforms and established systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transactions efficiently
• Partner with the team to support smooth, successful closings
