What they need
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Real Estate Recruiter / HR Recruiter to join our team. The main focus of this role is recruiting Real Estate Sales Agents and building a strong sales team.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Real Estate Agents & Sales Agents
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and job portals
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline
- Meet recruitment targets and support onboarding
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker with good English
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Real estate or sales recruitment experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and confident
- Experience recruiting Sales Agents / Property Consultants is a plus
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
