$115,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored real estate solutions.
• Collaborate with our experienced team to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques.
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance your market knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Facilitate smooth transactions by coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
• Utilize our proven systems to track your progress and stay organized in your daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends and strategies.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain and nurture a pipeline of leads.
• Experience in using CRM systems or willingness to learn our proven systems quickly.
