Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience preferred.
• Freshers are welcome with a background in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate leads and develop new client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant property information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and assist with closing transactions.
• Stay updated on property market trends and available listings.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
