Real Estate Sales Associate

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule client meetings/site visits.
• Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers and drive closures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Maintain sales reports, track performance, and provide updates to management.
• Promote and strengthen the Bullmen Realty brand by maintaining high service standards.
• Manage key client accounts and ensure excellent customer experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing personality with strong PR, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently as well as in a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation is Mandatory.
• Candidates must have good knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market and locations.
• Candidates should be available for an in-person interview in Gurgaon.
• Competitive compensation is available for candidates with strong real estate sales experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
