Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references and other sources.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Handle client queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closure.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
