Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise real estate agents to boost productivity.
• Sales Strategy: Set sales quotas, forecast revenue, and create action plans for residential or commercial properties.
• Market Analysis: Research local property trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts to adjust pricing and sales tactics.
• Client Relations: Build key relationships with clients to secure major deals.
• Performance Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3–5+ years in real estate sales (residential, commercial, or luxury properties preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and team-handling abilities.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Noida/NCR real estate market dynamics.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and MS Excel to track sales pipelines.

Pay: ₹13,800.95 - ₹55,910.18 per month
