Real Estate Solicitor

A unique opportunity for an ambitious legal talent to join our steady-growing Real Estate Team at Haldanes.

We are seeking a Solicitor of 2 to 4 PQE with solid experience in handling secondary market transactions, tenancies and property related financing and commercial  matters; and is keen to further develop his/her career in real estate practice alongside highly regarded professionals.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for real estate practice; is self-motivated, has strong legal drafting skills, does not need constant supervision and possesses effective time management skills; and a team player who can communicate well with colleagues and clients (in English, Cantonese and Mandarin).

We offer an attractive remuneration package to include basic salary, commissions, discretionary bonus and health insurance.
