Transaction Coordinator – Independent Contractor

Seamless Real Estate Services is seeking experienced Transaction Coordinators to join our growing multi-state team.

We are looking for detail-oriented real estate professionals who are committed to exceptional service, strong communication, and accurate transaction management. Opportunities may include joining an established Seamless team or helping us grow into a new market.

What We're Looking For

• Transaction coordination experience required
• Current MLS access required
• Active real estate license preferred
• Strong knowledge of MLS platforms and transaction compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Willingness to network, build relationships, and grow within Seamless

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and clients
• Track contract dates, deadlines, contingencies, and required documentation
• Manage transaction compliance according to brokerage requirements
• Review files for missing signatures, dates, disclosures, and required documents
• Prepare, organize, upload, and maintain transaction documents
• Follow up on outstanding documents and compliance items
• Assist with listing management and buyer-side services
• Maintain accurate transaction records and excellent communication throughout the process

Compensation & Growth

This is an independent contractor, percentage-based position. Compensation varies based on role placement, market, experience, client source, and whether the Transaction Coordinator joins an established Seamless team or helps develop a new market.

Specific compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

There is no set salary or guaranteed transaction volume. Earning potential can grow through increased transaction volume, client development, performance, and future leadership opportunities.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
