📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively phone existing homeowners to check their interest in market updates or selling their property.
• Appraisals & Valuations: Prepare market appraisals tailored to specific properties and order desktop valuations.
• Marketing & Promotions: Assist with property marketing strategies, prepare listing presentations, and design enticing materials to promote properties.
• Inquiry Management: Promptly handle incoming buyer and seller inquiries via phone and email.
• Open Homes & Scheduling: Organize and manage enticing open home schedules to maximize buyer turnout.
• Contract & System Processing: Accurately process contracts and upload documentation through the company system.

👤 About You

• Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven background in sales, cold calling, or outbound telesales with a track record of building instant rapport.
• Fearless Communicator: Excellent verbal and written English skills—confident in handling objections and turning cold leads into real opportunities.
• Real Estate Experience: Previous experience as a Real Estate VA or Cold Caller (experience in Australian / AU Real Estate is a big plus!).
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of navigating real estate platforms, web-based phone systems, and CRMs.
• Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high daily call activity with minimal supervision.
