Real Property and Internal Controls Analyst

Join a leading professional services firm as a Real Property & Internal Controls Analyst supporting critical compliance and asset management functions. This onsite contract role offers the opportunity to work with a global organization specializing in Assurance, Consulting, Strategy, and Digital Transformation. You will evaluate business processes, test internal controls, and analyze property management activities to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Your insights will help optimize processes, mitigate risks, and support the lifecycle management of real property assets.

Top Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, or property management
• Experience documenting business processes and testing controls for compliance and risk assessment
• Strong understanding of fixed assets, PP&E, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain a CAC card through a federal background investigation
• Federal government or real property management experience is a plus
