3-6 years scheduling experience.
Voice contact center scheduling experience.
Scheduling Tools (IEX, Verint, Genesys and Aspect etc.)
Understanding for Occupancy, Utilization and SLA KPO's (SLA, AHT, ASA, Abandon etc.)
FTE Calculation Methadology
Workforce Optimization Software
Advanced Excel
RTA SCHEDULER
2-5 years WFM experience.
Voice Contact Center experience preferred.
Strong understanding of SLA, ASA, Occupancy and AHT.
Advanced Excel.
Real-time management tools.
Decision making under pressure.
Stakeholder communication.
RTA LEAD
2+ years managing RTA teams.
Experience managing multiple queues and geographies.
SLA Achievement
