Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker Agent role based in New Cairo (District 5), where prior real estate brokerage experience is required. The agent will handle property listings, conduct viewings, and support clients through the buying, selling, and renting process. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, preparing and updating property marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records of offers and contracts. The role involves negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and staying informed about market trends in New Cairo and surrounding areas. The agent is expected to provide professional guidance, ensure a positive client experience, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate broker or sales agent, preferably in New Cairo or similar markets.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to conduct property inspections, prepare listings, and present properties professionally to potential clients.
• Basic knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures relevant to the local market.
• Comfort with using digital tools for property listings, customer follow-up, and documentation (e.g., CRM systems, online listing platforms).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting and property visits are beneficial.
