Moonlight Realty Group is a small team under JB Goodwin Realtors. We are adding a licensed agent who wants a real business, not a desk at a brokerage that forgot their name.

This is not a lead-farm role where you dial from a list all day and hand the closing to someone else. You will be in front of clients, at the kitchen table, running your own transactions with a team lead who has done the work beside you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Convert team-provided leads into signed buyer and seller clients
• Tour homes, write and negotiate offers, and manage contracts to close
• Run listing appointments using our CMA, pricing, and listing presentation system
• Prospect your own sphere, farm, and expired or distressed opportunities
• Keep your database current and follow up consistently — the money is in the follow-up
• Represent the Moonlight brand in the field, online, and at the closing table

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Leads. Team-generated and partner-referral leads, distributed to agents who work them
• A graduated commission structure. Team business and business you generate yourself are split differently, and your share of your own production increases as you produce. The full payout breakdown is walked through in your first interview — nothing about it is a secret
• Real training. Contract-to-close mechanics, pricing, negotiation, and live coaching on your actual deals, not a video library
• Marketing that's already built. Branded CMAs, listing presentations, seller guides, nurture and post-closing email campaigns, and social content — you don't build your own materials from scratch
• Systems and support. Transaction tracking, a preferred lender partner, title relationships, and the full back office of JBGoodwin REALTORS®
• Office space. Northwest Austin office at Steck Avenue, plus training rooms and conference space

WHO THIS IS FOR

• You hold an active Texas real estate license, or you'll have one within 60 days
• You're willing to hang your license with JBGoodwin REALTORS® under the Moonlight team
• You can hold a conversation with a stranger and ask for the business without flinching
• You return calls and texts the same day, every day
• You have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and a laptop
• You have enough financial runway to build a commission-based business
• Weekend and evening availability, because that's when clients look at homes

WHO THIS ISN'T FOR
Agents looking for a part-time hobby, a salary, or a place to park a license. We keep the team small and we're selective about who joins it, which means the agents here get real attention and real support — and they're expected to produce.

HOW TO APPLY
Apply through Indeed with your resume. Tell us in a few sentences why real estate and what you want your business to look like in three years. Qualified candidates will be contacted for a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview at our Northwest Austin office.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission only; earnings depend entirely on performance and are not guaranteed. All agents must maintain an active Texas real estate license and TREC-required education.
