What does a job as a Real Estate Agent look like?

• Build relationships with home buyers and sellers in your local community
• Plan and attend open houses, and set up showing appointments with potential home buyers
• Schedule inspections and appraisals, and put together contracts
• Research your local housing market and network to grow your business
• Become more involved in your community

What are the job requirements?

• Be 18 years or older
• Willing to obtain a North Carolina real estate license (we will show you how)
• Willing to complete real estate agent training, provided by us

No experience required. We train new agents, help you get your North Carolina real estate license, and support you through your first closings. If you are driven and coachable, we will handle the rest.
