Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, referral partners, and industry professionals.
• Show properties, prepare market analyses, and advise clients on pricing, offers, and trends.
• Develop and execute listing marketing plans through digital media, open houses, and networking.
• Generate and nurture leads through referrals, company systems, outreach, and community involvement.
• Negotiate agreements and contracts while protecting client interests and meeting legal requirements.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and other transaction partners.
• Maintain accurate client records and transaction files in accordance with company policies and regulations.
