Real Estate Agent — 100% Commission

Certainly Sold is seeking licensed Florida real estate agents to join our Central Florida brokerage.

We offer an independent-contractor compensation model designed for experienced and self-motivated agents who generate their own business and want to retain 100% of their commission on qualifying self-procured transactions, subject to the brokerage's Independent Contractor Agreement.

There are no monthly brokerage fees and no traditional percentage commission split on qualifying self-procured transactions.

Compensation

This is an independent-contractor, commission-based real estate opportunity. Compensation and applicable brokerage policies are governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement and will be fully disclosed before affiliation.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in Florida real estate transactions
• Generate and manage your own client relationships
• Prepare and manage real estate contracts and transaction documents
• Communicate professionally with clients and cooperating agents
• Follow Florida real estate laws, brokerage policies, and ethical requirements
• Maintain an active Florida real estate license

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate sales associate or broker license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable generating business independently
• Ability to manage clients and transactions professionally
• Comfortable working in a virtual brokerage environment
