Responsibilities

• Generate leads for 15 hours each week
• Meet with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and find homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Turn prospecting and lead-generation work into appointments
• Meet with sellers, win the listing, and market the home
• Show skill in pricing, staging, and other listing services

Qualifications You’re a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge. You build rapport easily, listen well, and find solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are strengths for you. Handling objections comes naturally. You communicate clearly and care about service.

• Works well with a team
• Holds an active real estate license
• At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Eager to learn and grow
• Organized
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
• Strong time management

Compensation $80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
