REBAR - CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Summary

• Responsible for supervision, quality control, and technical management of all reinforcing steel (rebar) works. Ensures rebar fabrication and installation strictly follow structural drawings, Bar Bending Schedules, and NSCP standards. Conducts pre-concreting inspections and maintains compliance records at assigned project sites across Luzon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• MUST BE A REGISTERED CIVIL ENGINEER — PRC LICENSE REQUIRED
• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience in rebar detailing, Bar Bending Schedule preparation, and site supervision
• Strong knowledge of rebar standards, spacing, laps, development length, and NSCP/ACI provisions
• Proficient in reading structural drawings and preparing/reviewing Bar Bending Schedules
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AND BE ASSIGNED ANYWHERE IN LUZON
• Site accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare or verify Bar Bending Schedules, cutting lists, and rebar quantity take-offs
• Inspect rebar installation — bar size, placement, spacing, cover, laps, and connections — against approved plans
• Conduct pre-concreting rebar inspection and sign-off before concrete pouring
• Monitor rebar material quality, delivery, storage, and proper usage
• Resolve site technical issues, coordinate with steel fixers and subcontractors, ensure schedule adherence
• Maintain inspection records, progress reports, and as-built documentation
• Ensure full compliance with NSCP, project specifications, and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
