Rebar Engineer/Detailer

• Prepare detailed reinforcement shop drawings for foundations, piles, pile caps, columns, beams, slabs, walls, bridges, and other structural elements. Coordination with construction site team for correct monitoring file being prepared
• Develop rebar layouts, splice details, lap lengths, anchorage details, and reinforcement arrangements based on approved structural drawings. Witness and document unforeseen obstruction removal in coordination with the Engineer
• Coordinate reinforcement details with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes.
• Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for fabrication and site installation.
• Keep record of rebar elements ordered, delivered and installed
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and fabrication yards regarding delivery schedules and material availability.
• Good communication skills for coordination with technical office and site team
• Assiting rebar installation on site as required
• Raise RFI for modification due to installation or site modifications

Justification:

• For rebar detailing, verification, ordering and record as well as for RFI modification on rebar layouts for Superstructure, Station and Substructure structural works
