HIRING: REBAR FOREMAN

About the Role
Responsible for supervising and coordinating rebar workers in the cutting, bending, and installation of reinforcing steel bars according to approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to rebar workers and ensure proper execution of reinforcement works.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and reinforcement details.
• Monitor the cutting, bending, tying, and installation of rebars according to required specifications.
• Check rebar spacing, alignment, lap splices, and placement before concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other teams to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress and report issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• With at least 3–5 years of experience in rebar or reinforcing steel works.
• With previous experience as a Rebar Foreman or Reinforcement Foreman.
• Knowledgeable in reading structural drawings and bar bending schedules.
• Familiar with rebar cutting, bending, tying, and installation procedures.
• With good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work onsite.
