Rebar Foreman (Project-based)

Qualifications:

• With several years of experience in steel/rebar works
• Leadership or supervisory experience required
• Can read and interpret structural drawings accurately
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in safety standards and site procedures.
• Willing to be assigned at Project site: Bulacan

Duties:

1. Supervise steelman and daily rebar activities

2. Interpret drawings and ensure correct implementation

3. Plan work schedule and monitor progress

4. Ensure quality, safety and proper use of materials

5. Coordinate with engineers and other teams

6. Proper rebar installation in foundation structures

7. Checking if works follows structural drawings and specifications

8. Ensuring correct bar sizes, spacing, and layout before pouring concrete.
