RECE for all age groups

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning, curiosity, and development
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Observe, document, and support children’s development using current early learning practices
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education licensing requirements and the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA)
• Support the centre during Ministry of Education and Public Health inspections
• Maintain organization of classroom documentation and centre files
• Assist with organizing and maintaining children’s files and staff records according to licensing standards
• Support registration processes for new families, including documentation and file organization
• Communicate professionally with families regarding children’s development, daily updates, and concerns
• Support conflict resolution and professional communication with both families and team members
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and respectful workplace environment
• Support daily routines including meals, outdoor play, transitions, Cleaning and supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
