Become a Key Player as a Receiver

You will help ensure accurate inventory flow and timely processing across receiving, storage, and fulfillment operations. In this role you will partner with inbound/outbound teams and problem-solving staff to reduce shrink, resolve discrepancies, and keep operations running smoothly. This role supports warehouse and fulfillment functions and is performed onsite at the facility.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform inventory audits of odd and problem locations to identify misplacements, shortages, and system discrepancies
• Use handheld RF scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS) to reconcile inventory and update database records
• Apply ISS best practices to optimize item slotting and location accuracy
• Route, store, and stage materials using pallet jacks and standard material handling equipment
• Conduct quality checks and verify materials against shipping/receiving documentation
• Investigate and resolve SKU/ASIN discrepancies and process damaged items
• Collaborate with inbound, outbound, and problem-solve teams to minimize processing delays and shrink

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 3+ years of experience working in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory roles
• ISS (Inventory Storage System) training or equivalent slotting/location management experience
• Proficiency with RF scanners, barcode systems, and WMS data entry and reporting
• Strong attention to detail in inventory auditing and reconciliation
• Experience with material handling equipment and adherence to safety/compliance procedures
